Annual General Meeting of Members

It is time for the Polish Canadian Jazz Society to hold its Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, 6:00 PM at the Burnaby Public Library,

Bob Prittie Metrotown Branch, Room #1. (6100 Willingdon Avenue, Burnaby, BC V5H 4N5)

There are six Director positions on the Board of Directors. If you would like to nominate a person (which can include yourself) for election to the position of Director of Polish Canadian Jazz Society for the next year, you are invited to present it at the meeting. All members with a good standing and a minimum of one year membership status are entitled to be elected and vote at this meeting.

It is requested that all issues be stated and brought up in a respectful and positive manner. Constructive criticism is always welcome although please keep in mind that all Board Members and contributing Executives are volunteers.

The Board of Directors and the Executive of Polish Canadian Jazz Society at this time would like to extend a big "Thank You" to all volunteers and sponsors. Your participation and support during the 2024/25 season have contributed greatly to our success and is very much appreciated.
